Scheduled Refresh missing data

After we 'replace' a report in PBIRS the scheduled refresh breaks certain visualisation complaining the it can't find fields that were just added, almost as if its running a cached version of a query instead of what was just updated in PBI Desktop.

 

The report works flawlessly in PBI Desktop, and appears fine when initially uploaded, but the moment the scheduled refresh completes, its broken.

 

Scheduled refresh indicates it has completed sucessfully.
