Scheduled Refresh Fail

I have scheduled refresh that sometimes work fine and other times fails

These are the messages. What is the reason ? How to solve that ?

The error message says that the SQL Server database hosting your Report Server artifacts was unavailable. Can you corroborate that?

The same exact pbix refreshes at times and at times no. What do you mean corroborate that?
