Scheduled Refesh with no errors but data are not updated

and set a refresh at night 1 hour after te datamart have been scheduled to be updated.

If the datamart refresh (whatever that means) hasn't completed by then then your dataset will grab the old data.  Ideally you should only initiate the dataset refresh on a trigger/signal from the upstream system, not on a schedule.
