Schedule refresh not working

I have created a report in Power BI Desktop and uploaded it to Report Server. The report uses ODATA source. 

Data source Connect Test is successful which means the credentials are working.

I have 2 problems here

1. the refresh is not starting (set the frequency to 15 mins)

2. When manual refresh is done the status stays as "Refreshing" but it never gets completed.

Did you have take a look into the Logfiles of the Report Server. They are stored in the Logfiles folder where are also the binary files are stored.

Nothing in log files which shows refresh cancelled or authentication error.
