Report table design with data points in both columns and rows (need help)

Good afternoon, all!  I am absolutely new to the world of Power BI paginated report design, and am in need of some assistance with a table design that includes data points in both columns and rows....

I have an existing report design in our current reporting environment (see pic), that contains data in both colomns and rows.

This design works just fine, and the 3 rows (Description, Immediate, Lessons) each show up between each Record item (see pic).

My question is, how would I create something similar as a paginated report?  I have the below design:

But, when I run the report in the PBI Report Designer, I get the following output:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott
