Report server capability compare with Power Bi Service

Dear,

Due to some data privacy issue, we cannot use cloud version at this point, and we are asked to try on - premise solution.

Can anyone please explain what is the challenges in power bi report server? and what and all has to be the prerequisites?

Later we can move this reports and datasets in to power bi service easily?

Is it possible real time?

Reports, models and content are all transferrable to the cloud. So at some point in the future if decide to migrate to PBI.com you can do so.
