Report Server's Execution Log : ItemAction Definitions

I was wondering if anyone could provide me the definitions to some of the ItemAction terms found in the Report Server's Execution Log, that is: ConceptualSchema, ASModelStream, BookmarkNavigation, DataRefresh, DocumentMapNavigation, DrillThrough, FindString, GetDocumentMap, QueryData, SaveToCatalog, Toggle.

I want to know the definitions and/or when each ItemAction is logged because the documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server/report-server-executionlog-and...) doesn't really give definitions and some of these terms aren't included

Some of them are more obvious but some of these (ie ConceptualSchema) I have no idea what it's refering to. Any help would be great, thanks!
