Report Server Web Credentials

Hi guys

I have a power bi report published on the power bi report server with 3 different data sources (1 web and 2 sql). All of the credentials are correct when I test it locally on power bi desktop as well as on the server under the data source tab (using basic credentials).

However, when I setup a scheduled refresh. The web credentials don't seem to be working properly. I get the error message below

"The credentials provided cannot be used for the Web source."

As a result, I have to manually refresh the data everyday and republish it to the server. 

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Is your web source internal or external to the report server? maybe you have firewall or proxy issue from the report server.
