Which build of Sep23 release you have installed?
1.18.8668.33514(build 15.0.1113.162)
1.18.8683.7488(build 15.0.1113.165)
1.18.8702.6380(build 15.0.1113.169)
Just upgraded one server to the last build (1.18.8702.6380(build 15.0.1113.169) ).
Sadly no one of the builds is able to solve the issue.
