Report Builder Connection Issue

Hi!, I'm trying to connect my report builder to my report server, I've already finished the setup with Web Service URL, Database, and Web Portal URL(this is my first time doing this). However upon trying for hours, it just seems impossible to connect my report builder to report server. I kept getting the same message "unable to connect to the server that is specified in the URL, Make sure the server is running, the URL is correct.
I've tried closing my firewall and it did nothing, I've also checked if the server was actually running through services.msc and it was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Fulcruum ,

The ADOMD.NET provider returns this error. There are several reasons why this error can occur. If you specified the server as "localhost," try specifying the server name instead. This error can also occur if memory can't be allocated to the new connection.

You can also try restarting the server to fix the problem.
