It is still not working in IE and Edge. Do you know how installing the security certificate resolved the issue? We may have to look at doing that on our end.

Lorenz33 not sure, how these two are conencted but once we installed secuirty certificate to the report server,this issue got resolved.

is your power bi portal is http:// or https:// ?

    Thanks Amkumar5. I am arranging for the security certificate to be installed on the Power BI Report Server. I will let you know if this solves the issue.
