Problem with Update Power Bi Report Server to the January 2020

Update Power Bi Report Server to the January 2020 version, since then I have the following error
Refused to display 'https://xxxx? Rs: embed = true' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

I only have Report Server installed

This is a known problem with the January 2020 release and a patch update is planned to be released. In the meantime, the issue can be resolved as follows:

The new CustomHeaders advanced server property in the January 2020 PBIRS release contains the following default value:

<CustomHeaders> <Header> <Name>X-Frame-Options</Name> <Pattern>(.+)((\/api)|(\/(mobilereport|report|powerbi|excel|pages)\/(.+)(rs:embed=true|rc:toolbar=false)))</Pattern> <Value>SAMEORIGIN</Value> </Header> </CustomHeaders>

The default value is causing failures in embedded scenarios when upgrading to the January 2020 PBIRS version. Currently, the workaround is to replace SAMEORIGIN with a wildcard:

Change this:   <Value>SAMEORIGIN</Value>

To this:   <Value>*</Value>

HI @Jon-Heide ,

Do you have an estimated date to deliver this patchy mc patch?
