Problem after HTTPS certificate replacement

Hi to all,

I have a Power BI Server on premise installed on a server.

The connection to Report URL is HTTPS. The certificate is released by customer CA authority and is correctly binding inside the server. All is ok.

Now the certficate is nearly to expire. So I have created a new csr file and request a new certificate from custome CA Authority.

After that I have done the following actions:

  • installed the new certificate in Local Server \ Personal folder ussin cert utility under mme
  • opened the RRS configuration tool
  • unbinding the actual certificate in Report URL section
  • unbinding the actual certificate under URL Report Server section
  • binding the new certificate under  URL Report Server section
  • binding the new certificate under  Report URL section

All is fine. I can reac the URL reports web page and the certificate expired date ia associated to the new one.

But when I can try to open a Power BI report on the server or publish a new report using power bi desktop client, I receive an error "unexpected error "

Can you help me ? The new certificate seems work fine but I am not able to view the reports
