    Hi, mjsystemss 

    You'll need to confirm in the report designer that Page Size is set to the actual print size (e.g., 8.5x14 inches) and not just Letter
    O    r create a custom paper size (for network printers). Go to Control Panel > Devices & Printers, right-click on the target printer > Printing Preferences > Advanced > Paper Format, add a custom size (e.g. 8.5x14 inches), save as "Legal" or a custom name, and in the Printer Preferences, set the default paper to a custom size that matches the SSRS report
