Please try the subscribe option, if you have a one-page report, Please use the Subscribe email option.
It will send you a screenshot & hyperlink to the report.

Do you want to share the Dashboard or Report?
What is the format of the attachment, PPT, PDF, Excel ?
What are the workspace settings Pro Workspace or Premium Workspace?
Are you using any RLS?
Who is the recipient of the mail, inter-company or external people?

i cant send the dashboard via power automate as pdf since im a pro user, the format is pdf, the recipient is people in my organization, and i have tried hard to find a solution with no answer and after many attempts can you help it would be much much appreciated
