Power KPI custom Visualisation missing tick / cross - Report Server on premise

Hi

I am using the custom Power KPI visualisation for reporting on several KPIs

in the designer i have the visualisations working, a green tick for good and a red x for bad

when i deploy the report to the on premise report server, the tick and cross visualisation doesn't appear

    Hi gemidriver,

     

    In my test, the custom visual Power KPI displays well on PBI Report Server. I used IE 11 to log on Web Portal. In your scenario, please refresh the web page or change to a different browser for a test.

      hi

      i can't get it to work in any browser

      here is the visual working in the power bi client, but not working on report server

        We are experiencing this issue as well. Would be good to find a solution.
