Power BI workspace Capacity overloaded
Hi v-hashadapu ,Thank you very much for your reply.
I can no longer see the error message 'capacity overloaded' in my workspace, but I have found a worse situation. The reports that I set to automatically refresh have all failed due to capacity issues. I am currently unable to determine which specific workspace the semantic model that caused the capacity to exceed the limit belongs to. To access the Fabric Capacity Indicator application, which requires capacity level permissions, where can I see who has capacity level permissions? My permissions cannot perform these operations
Hi Guo , If you don't have capacity level permissions, there isn't a self-service way to identify the Capacity Administrator. Since you're a Microsoft employee, please reach out to your internal Fabric/Power BI administration team or the owner of the capacity, who can identify the Capacity Administrator and use the Fabric Capacity Metrics app to determine which workspace and item were responsible for the high capacity consumption during the affected timeframe.

Hi v-hashadapu , Thank you very much for your patient answer. I do need to seek help from a higher level. Please ask the capacity administrator to handle this matter
