Power BI report is pointing dataset from other workspace, this file is not enable to download file.

I am pretty sure this scenario is covered by the long list of "Considerations and Limitations". You should focus on storing your PBIX on SharePoint (where you get free versioning) or transitioning to PBIP and Github integration.

There is workspace A which is having Dataset Model and workspace B is having Report which is pointing to workspace A for Dataset. we are not able to download report from workspace B with Dataset, we wants to make changes in report.Please sugest if possible to download with dataset.
we tryied Save as copy that was allowing to download but that was not having source details. Source was blank when we are opening report on desktop.
