Hello everyone,
Is it possible to establish subscriptions for reports (specifically ones already in an app) utilizing the app audience groups that are already setup? I would think this would be easy but I've been unable to figure it you.
Google searches have yielded no results.
Thank you!

Hi @WirlTH ,
Subscribing to an audience within an app: yes, typically, audience or user segmentation can be used to manage subscriptions within an app. This means that when sending subscription content, you can target specific users based on their behavior, preferences, or other criteria.
Permission issues in production apps: If you can't see the option to select recipients for a subscription, it does sound like there may be a permission issue. The user roles assigned in the application may not have the necessary permissions to access this feature, or there may be a configuration issue within the application itself.
To resolve this issue, you may need to:
Check the user permissions for your account and make sure you are authorized to manage subscriptions and audiences.
Consult the app's administrator or support team to verify that the subscription recipient selection feature is enabled and configured correctly.

Xianda Tang

Thank you so much for the reply. Are you saying that we can use the audiences in the app for subscriptions? I apologize I do not fully follow your answer.
Also; I looked in our production app with reports and there might be a permission's issue as I don't see an option to select recipients of the subscription.
Again thank you so much!
