Power BI Subscription Email image preview size

Hello Folks,

 

We have a requirement for a daily report to be sent as a PDF attachment and also have a "readable" image preview.

No matter how I size the page, I still end up with a huge Microsoft logo and a smaller image preview with lot of email space wasted.

I'm aware that clicking on the image actually opens the full report screenshot, a link to report can be given and the PDF attachment is pretty handy too. 

However, our users are pretty stubborn that the image quality should be good.

I tried Power Automate but couldn't acheive results as we have PPU license.

My questions:

1. I tried to send Pagniated report version via Power Automate to deliver image preview but it doesn't seem to be supported. Am I missing something?

2. I can not seem to find any settings to increase the image preview size or get rid of Microsoft logos.

    Hi SreePeri ,

     

    The current version cannot resize this for now.

    If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may  vote the idea and comment here Search (powerbi.com) to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
