Power BI Report Server and Power Automate
Hello Team, I've got this business request where I have to share page of a Power BI Report to several users via email. My report is currently hosted on Power BI Report Server as my organisation uses an on-premise environment. Buenos dias Actualmente tengo preparado un informe en power BI, ese informes lo quiero enviar a una lista de distribución de 10 personas que la tengo definida dentro del informe. Lo que pasa es que a cada persona le quiero enviar el informe filtrado por una segmentación existente en el informe, es decir serian 10 informes con los mismos objetos y tablas, pero cada uno mostrando datos diferentes. Básicamente lo que quiero no es que duplicar 10 veces ese informe y adaptarlo a cada usuario, sino que se use el mismo cambiando un campo ¿Desde power automate puedo operar los valores de la segmentación o de los filtros de power BI? ¿Cómo se haría? Power BI Subscription Email image preview size
Hello Folks, We have a requirement for a daily report to be sent as a PDF attachment and also have a "readable" image preview. No matter how I size the page, I still end up with a huge Microsoft logo and a smaller image preview with lot of email space wasted. I'm aware that clicking on the image actually opens the full report screenshot, a link to report can be given and the PDF attachment is pretty handy too. However, our users are pretty stubborn that the image quality should be good. I tried Power Automate but couldn't acheive results as we have PPU license. My questions: 1. I tried to send Pagniated report version via Power Automate to deliver image preview but it doesn't seem to be supported. Am I missing something? 2. I can not seem to find any settings to increase the image preview size or get rid of Microsoft logos. Can someone please help? Thank you!
Are there a way to prompt confirm before clicking the Power Automate button on Power Bi Service?
Hi everyone, I need help finding a way to prompt confirm before clicking the Power Automate button on Power Bi Service. The button is very sensitive, and I want to have a way to protect users from accidentally clicking on it because it will send out many emails to many people if they forget to filter the table. I already set the limit to 5, but it's not the right solution. Thank you for your help in advance.Page breaks excel export while exported from power automate
I have developed power bi report builder report and have conditional page breaks. When exported to pdf it should have page breaks and when exported to excel it should not. It works fine when I run and download report manully from services. When I run the report through power automate and generate automated reports page break does not work in excel export. Please advise
