Power BI Schedule refresh not working for new reports and works for previous reports

We are having issues when we add new reports and try to schedule a refresh or run refresh now , works for old reports schedule before  when press refresh now just stuck with status refreshing , try already repair we are running Power BI Report Server (May 2023) and no errror about refresh on log 

 

any recomendations
