Hi, the main problem is Power BI RS only works with single authentication method on sharepoint. Since most our sharepoint is using multiple authentication connection, so it does not connect to the data source. So you need to change the authentication method to single, or do load balancing on the server to work with single and multiple connection both, also use the latest version of Power BI RS (May 2022). Tested this works on UAT server.
