Power BI Report Server support options

I'm not sure where to ask this (is there a Power BI Report Server sales team?), but my company has an existing agreement with Microsoft for SQL Server.  If we were to install SQL Server Enterprise on a server, and then install Power BI Report Server for production work, what sort of support options would be available if we had questions about setting up the server, diagnosing issues, etc.?

Is this forum the only option, or is there email/phone support as well?  Thanks!
