Power BI Report Server Subscription Fails depending on report owner

I have a few subscriptions created in Power BI Report Server. Most of the subscription are owned by  particular login, and they work fine. However, if anyone else createS a subscription, we get the following error when the subscription is run "Error while copying content to a stream"
