Power BI Report Server September upgrade error
I'm receiving the below error message while trying to upgrade the on permise Power BI report server from May 2019 to September 2019 and the installation exits with failure.
The System Cannot locate the resource specified (0x800C0005)

You can get more logging, hopefully get a better error. Here is an example for .msi logging.
msiexec /i "C:\MyPackage\Example.msi" /L*V "C:\log\example.log"
