Power BI Report Server Jan 2019 hyperlinks

After updating our server to Jan 2019 version, hyperlinks in our reports no longer change colors. In previous Report Server versions, when you embedded a hyperlink in a SSRS report, after clicking on it the first time, the link changed from blue to purple. This helps user know  they have visited the link. After upgrading from Aug 2018 to Jan 2019 this functionality no longer works (links always appear blue). Is there any way to fix this (like a setting and/or entry into configuration or JSON files)?
