PBIRS Desktop client

Hi,

 

Please can you allow/set diffeent icons for the different Power BI Clients (eg. PBIRS client vs normal client)

 

I have both installed and I find myself using the wrong client for publishing to the service vs on premise PBIRS

    Hi robrien6,

     

    You can verify you are using the Power BI desktop optimized for report server by looking at the launch screen or title bar within Power BI Desktop. The title bar will indicated the release month and year of the release.
