PBI Server Installation - Access Denied

Hi Gang,

I am in need of some much needed help with installing and configuring PBI Server (October 2017). I have worked with the corporate IT infrastructure and they supposedly followed all the required steps, and viola, we have a server working, ish...

My problem is a hard one.

When I remote onto the server and access the web portal via local host everything works perfectly fine.

When I access the web portal from my laptop browser, I can access our SSRS reports, but when trying to access the Power BI reports, it displays a loading sign and then blank screen.

I check our error logs (RSPortal_) and found this.

I am not a network security expert, but if you can point me into the right directions or help me ask Infrastructure the right questions, I will forever be in your debt...

We are still in the PoC phase and I would hate for this error to become a black mark on PBI...
