PBI Server Installation - Access Denied

It's hard to say from just that log entry. A couple quick suggestions (1) try using the power bi report server azure template to quickly provision environments for dev/test/PoC scenarios (2) try clean install with everything local (SQL, PBIRS, AS if used, Browser) (3) alternately MSFT support can walk through the logs and traces to see what might be the issue.
