PBI Report Server mobile report design

Hi all,

I have build a report using the PBI report server (may 2021) version and then adapted it to mobile in the mobile designer. But reading the PBI report server documentation it seems to be only possible to adapt reports to mobile using the SQL Server Mobile Report builder.

Is it possible to design mobile in PBI desktop for RS or do I need to use the SQL Server Mobile Report?

This is the documentation causing my doubts:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/get-started#reporting-services-mobile-report...

Thanks for your help,

It is not necessary, SQL Server Mobile Report is just an extension, which allows you to create a report optimized for mobile devices and a variety of other tools.

You can just create power bi report on desktop for rs, use the mobile layout make sure visuals are aligned correctly. Once it is saved to report server, you can also view the report on Power BI mobile app by selecting the 'Connect to server' option in settings and put in your Report Server URL.
