New and Upload menus missing in Chrome after May 2022 CU

Hi guys, 

I have this weird situation, I have upgraded the report server to May 2022 CU and now when I browse reports I cannot see the menu line in the browser  It seems if I refresh the page the menu is visible again.

A second issue is that .pbix reports do not open anymore while .rdl type reports open just fine. in which log I can read more about those errors?

I should mention that I was in the process of scaling out the farm which eneded because on the initial server I had the scale out menu is not visible.

I am unable to reproduce this question at the moment, can you provide a relevant screenshot and describe it so that I can answer it for you as soon as possible.
