Matrix Visual Duality

Why is one of my matrix visual in the same Power BI version without any theme is showing stylistic formatting by default and the other one isn't?  I checked the settings and everything seems same....

    Thank you Rupa01 and masonreed11t for the responses. I actually tried your steps but it did not solve the issue. I later figured out that for some reason, the base theme of the default applied theme on the report was changed to fluent 2 from classic 2026. This is something happening on every new file that I open.. not sure if its down to a recent update or not but switching the theme back to classic 2026 fixed the issue.

    No Further assistance required v-achippa .
