Map Visualization Not Working On Power BI Report Server but Work in Desktop

Dear Power BI Team, 

 

I have an issue with Power BI Report Server. After I uploaded the power BI file into Power BI Report Server, the map is not working but works in Desktop. currently, I use Power BI version Sep 22 both Power BI Report Server and desktop. 

 

Here is  the error message from Power BI Report Server

There are a few potential issues that could be causing your map not to work in Power BI Report Server. Here are some things you can try:

  • Make sure that the data source used by the map is properly connected and that you have the necessary permissions to access the data.
  • Check the map's visualizations and settings to ensure that they are configured correctly.
  • Make sure that the map is being displayed correctly on the Power BI Report Server page. This might involve adjusting the layout or size of the map to ensure that it fits properly on the page.
  • If the map is using a custom visual, ensure that the custom visual has been properly installed and is compatible with Power BI Report Server.
  • If the issue persists, try re-publishing the report to Power BI Report Server to see if that resolves the issue.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
