Language in e-mail through subscription

Hello,

I was wondering what determines the language of the text in the attached image. It is below the actual image that gets send when you are subscribed to a report.

From what I understand it should be in the language that I set in under setting in my Power BI workspace (same a browser language). I put it in Dutch, because I want to share it with people that only speak Dutch. But as you can see the text is still in English.

However, I use Power BI desktop in English. Makes it easier to follow all the instructions, videos etc. Could it be that it uses that language setting?
