Issue Opening Power BI Report from Sharepoint

Good Afternoon,

Power BI newbie here.  I'm getting a connection issue trying to open a Power BI Report from Sharepoint.  Any idea what the issue could be?  Two of my reports open just fine, but one is giving me the attached error.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.Untitled.png

Hi,@malessi .I am glad to help you.

According to the information you provided, visual loads successfully but does not display the data properly. This could be a problem with the network.
You can try the following actions:

Make sure that the internet connection is stable and not blocked by a firewall.

Clear the browser cache: The browser cache may be causing the problem. Try clearing your browser cache and then reopening the report.

Try a different browser: Try opening Power BI reports on SharePoint using a different browser to see if this network issue persists.

Check SharePoint permissions: Make sure the user has permission to access the relevant SharePoint site and files, and is logged in with the correct credentials. (I think this is less likely)
Are the visuals you can't load some of the visuals that require a network connection and login to the account, some Custom Visuals require a network connection as they may rely on external libraries or services to load and display data
What kind of scenario do you mean when you mention opening pbix files in sharepoint
1. Open the pbix file directly in the share point site

View Power BI files in OneDrive and SharePoint - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
2. The open pbix file is embedded in the share point

Embed a report web part in SharePoint Online - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

These two ways are inconsistent, which case do you belong to?

Please provide more detailed error information, you can click on the screenshot can not be shown in the visual in the prompt see details

If possible, please try downloading the pbix file to your local computer and opening it via Power BI Desktop instead of accessing it directly by logging into your Microsoft account in a browser.

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Carson Jian,
