In Web Portal, Report- manage- data source- connection string is disabled.

Hi Team,

 

In Power BI Report server web portal, 

We Uploaded SQL Server Database Connected Report.

Then we click the manage(...) button in that  report.

It opens the (properties, Data sources, Schedule refresh ,Secuirty) options

Then we click the Data source option. In that Connection string Option is disable. How to enable it?

Can you please assist?

    The conn string cannot be edited from the port once published. You need to change it before publishing the report at the PBI desktop. Other workaround is to change the conn string within the DataModelDataSource metdata table.
