I am getting data from PBI, I have icon in the title of project, and indicators that I am able to display in Power BIpOWER BI
and not in Paginated report.PAGINATED REPORT

If you want to put the icon on the title of the report, you can do it in the power bi report builder.
Below is my test result:
First , you can click the title
and then you can add the items , for example , image , Text box and Line.
The final output is shown in the following figure:

I managed to address the indicator problem in my Power BI report by implementing the solution from '12 Days of Paginated Reports - Day 11 - Indicators and Databars - YouTube . Now, my report displays colored icons based on a specific column. However, I'm still struggling to figure out how to embed an icon directly into the title of the report. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!"

This might be why you're encountering issues with displaying icons and indicators as you would in a standard Power BI report.
