How to use REST API in Power BI Report Server?

I want to getting all reports (including paginated report and powerbi report) information using REST API, I found the related document (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/rest-api) but get not clue, I'm new to Power BI Report Server. any solution? (Using JS or Python would be better!)
