How to pass Date time parameter in Parameterize URL of power bi paginated report.

I am trying to down a power bi paginated report in pdf format by passing the parameters.

All other parameters are working except datetime parameter. could you please help on the datetime parameter.

The link will look like this

It's documented here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-url-filters#date-data-types that you need to format dates using 'YYYY-M-DD'
