How to connect PBIRS on MySQL DB?

Hello all!

I'm in charge to connect a MySQL DataBase and PBIRS, but when i try to do it the service can't be start in the configuration pannel...

Is someone can help me on this?

    can you screenshot logs or give more details about your configuration?

      Hello!

      I don't understand why , but today the service is online... Problem solved!
