Hiding Show hidden items checkbox on PowerBI Report Server

Hi, 

 

Is there a way to remove or hide Show hidden items checkbox from the tiles options on PowerBI Report Server if they only have Browser role. Basically I only want this option to be available for Administrator (Content Manager)

Hi @fomoisreal ,

Unfortunately, as of this writing, there is no direct way to hide the Show Hidden Items checkbox by default based on user roles in the Power BI Reporting Server. However, it is possible to achieve a similar effect by designing reports using role-based visibility. Here's how you do it:
Create separate report pages or sections for different user roles (for example, Administrator and Browser).
Use the Visibility property to control whether items (such as tables, matrices, or tabs) are displayed based on the user's role.
