Gateway Error

Hello,

 

we have a recurrent trespassing problem of one report. There's scheduled refresh every day and stops sometimes with the following error: 

(translated with google from german)

"Apparently an error occurred during the scheduled update because the local gateway was restarted during the update. For the next scheduled update, ensure that the data gateway is running continuously."

We investigated the logs but cannot see any issues. When we start the refresh manually , there is no error.

The Gateway Version number is 3000.27.30 (February 2020)


Does someone has a tip / solution?
