Please I need an expression to replace 9,999 in column 1 in SSRS. First column is named column1

This is possible to do. You just need to right click on the field in your tablix control and then change the expression from something like:
=Fields!ID.Value
to something like this:
=iif(Fields!ID.Value=9999,"Unknown",Fields!ID.Value)
This is using an example column called "ID" you would need to change this based on the field name in your dataset.

The value needed to replace 9999 is "Unknown". I have replaced the value with Unknown in SQL but when I apply filter in SSRS the numbering is not chronological. You can see below it doesnt show 3-9 in the field.
