If I have a PRO Power BI license and create web pages for my users to access without signing in, do they have the ability to export tables to Excel from this web page?
Hi, @embarloIT
You have a Pro license, and if you implement a way to access reports without requiring a user to log in, Publish to web. Exporting data from visuals isn't supported after the report is published to the web. You can find this very clearly in the documentation:
Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you need to use this feature, you have two ways to do this:
1. Distribute your users with the corresponding licenses, and share the reports with them through the function of report sharing. In this case, your user will need to log in.
2. Use Fabric capacity above F64, which will distribute the report to your users for free without a license.
3. Embed the report into your portal with Power BI embedded, so you can also use the export data feature without the user signing in.
Best Regards
