BUG - File - Print this page from a Power BI report is blank
For some reason, when users try to print a Power BI report to PDF it is just a blank page. Using the File, Print this page menu option in Power BI, It seems to be happening to everyone in the company today, 12/8/2022. Most users are using the chrome brower. However, problem also occurs with the edge browser. As a work around I have users just taking a screen prints of the reports and then print out. Please fix this issue.
Admin Profile over riding report parameters when viewing report
Hi I am currently hosting a report on the Power BI Server and sharing it to users within my company. For standard users, the report shows just fine as they are set as read-only and are not admins on the server. But when someone who is an admin such as myself access the report will show me the report without the filters applied. I have used the manage rolls section within Modeling within the report to make the report pull in the user's names to filter down the data and then added the corresponding users into the allocated group within the Power BI Server and as mentioned above this works for standard users. How do I get the hosted report to Ignore the fact our profiles are admins and view the report with the Roles filtered pre-applied? Hello, I created a Power BI report via "Integrate->Power BI->Visualize the list" menu from a Sharepoint List. This report has been lost and/or deleted somehow. Is there a way to check who deleted it, how to protect in the future and restore it back? (It was not in workspace since it was created via "Integrate" menu. (We are using on premise Power BI Pro lisance in the company.) Thank you in advance. BR,
