Export Report Page from Report Server to PDF with Single Click

Question

Are there any ways to automate the exporting of PDFs from a PowerBI report page from the Report Server, with user-selected filters and what not to a saved folder that doesn't require dedicated capacity and is super simple and quick? I have tried building a button within each report page itself that triggers a PowerAutomate automation, but without dedicated capacity nothing works.

Convert your original power bi report into a split page report.
There is a way to use Power Automate in conjunction with Power BI Paginated Reports: you can use Power Automate to automatically export Power BI Paginated Reports to the local file system even if you don't have dedicated capacity. This method requires setting up a stream that triggers the export based on specified conditions.
Before you start exporting paged reports using power automate, make sure you fulfil the following conditions:
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1.You can publish to My Workspace, or you have at least the Participant role in any other workspace.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.You have access to the standard connectors in Power Automate that come with any Office 365 subscription.
