Error in upgrade Power BI Report Server database

Hi,

When i install the Power BI Report Server, the log showing error on upgrade DB to version 15.0.2.402 hash 8B25ECE06A28A0AAAB164C1D76503BF7B86B68142E6C1CFB5F4344B1E0F6BA40.

It is show error when creating proceduce [dbo].[GetAllProperties]. The error should be from this line:

"select iif( Catalog.LinkSourceID is null, Catalog.Property, Linked.Property) as Property": 

and error on Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'is'.

May I know how to show this problem?

And my DB Server is 2008 R2, is it the issue that have no IIF function?
