Error connecting to any of the MySQL hosts since Sept 2018 release

Prior to the September 2018 version, I had no issues connecting and refreshing data in MySQL db.

 

Now I am receiving the following error:

 

Unable to connect

We encountered an error while trying to connect.

Details: "MySQL: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts."
