I started getting this error today. I am unable to upload new report or over write existing report on report server. I have checked the disk space where report server is installed and I have 70GB free space. I tried deleting one report but I get the same error as shown below. I am using Oracle Database and reports I have on the instance runs well but I can't overwrite existing report, upload new reports or delete. What should I do to solve this problem?.

You should check the log files which are usually stored in the following folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles in particular the ReportingServicesService_*.log files would be worth checking for errors.

The Report Server database is SQL Server, not Oracle. Check if you maybe have autogrowth disabled.
